The MacMillan River area of the central Yukon has a long history of producing quality trophies for discerning hunters. Our remote location with no road or ATV access will continue to preserve this pristine wilderness for the enjoyment or our clients.

Well known as the premier bow hunting destination for the largest of the North American ungulates; the Alaska/Yukon moose; we also offer muzzleloader and rifle hunts for these “Giants of the Yukon”. The superior genetics of our Stone Sheep produce trophies with heavy bases and long horn length. Mountain Caribou roam the numerous mountain ranges of our concession, and Grizzly Bear, Black Bear, Wolf, and Wolverine make a great combo option on any of the hunts we offer. Fishing for lake trout, pike, and arctic grayling is available at most of our camp locations at no additional charge to our hunters.

We offer backpack hunts, horseback hunts, and lake boat and river boat hunts. The backpack hunts are for sheep and caribou and demand the hunter be in typical “sheep shape”. Our high country horse camp hunts for sheep, moose, and caribou are often referred to as “the old man hunts” as much of our terrain is not extreme and the horses can be taken to the tops of several of our mountains. The boat hunts are centered around the peak rut period for the moose and hunters are dispersed throughout our concession to distribute hunting pressure and ensure quality opportunities. All hunts are 1 guide per 1 hunter.
